Being a family run business, Breck’s true roots started in 1938. Boyd Altaffer started Boyd’s Electric Motor Shop in Tulare, CA. It was then that Breck would find his passion in the family ran business. Starting with sweeping and cleaning the shop at the age of 10. By 21 Breck was working full time for his Grandfather Boyd.

 

Fast forward to today! Breck went out on his own in 2000 with Breck’s Electric Motor Shop, never looking back, except to keep a firm belief in the family roots and the business in which it flourishes from.

 

Breck’s Electric Motors keeps current with the technical aspect of electric motors as well as the trends in the industry. Also being a member of EASA, A world-wide organization dedicated to the electrical component industry
